REFUND POLICY:

You trust us and we preserve that trust and deliver an exceptional service and most importantly manage your expectations, hence if we fail to do this by not being able to deliver an accepted visa application, we will provide a full refund. It is however your responsibility to deliver to us all accurate information pertaining to your case so we can provide a service based on this information. Refunds will not be granted if false information was passed.

Should you require withdrawing your application before we submit to the embassy/high commission/consulate, we will provide you with a 100% refund on your visa fee, 50% on our service fee. For all credit card transactions we will deduct less a 6% processing fee. Incase you have opt for return courier, we will deduct return courier fee to send your passport and documents back. 100% refund on value added service charges that were not used.

Should you for any reason what so ever need to withdraw your application after it has been submitted to the embassy/high commission/consulate, you will not be eligible for any refund.

DEFINITIONS:

"we", "us" and "our" refers to Fourtake Business.

"you", "your" or "yourself" refers to the person using the website or applicant.

"Documents" means the passport, application and supporting documentation provided by the applicant to Fourtake Business.

"Services" means the facilities and assistance performed by Fourtake Business for their applicants.
